The property is very clean and beautiful. You fill yourself as some royalty living in the beautiful palace. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The rooms are big, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very delicious, with a big variety and well organize. There is nothing we didn't like about Rome Cavalieri. Dreaming of coming back soon.

Arrived in Rome for our first night of 2 in a pouring rainstorm. GPS could not find the hotel and after several very pleasant and helpful phone call speaking with the manager, she finally said "stay where you are and I will come and get you". We were within a mile or so and followed her back to the hotel. What service! Deluxe room what clean, comfortable and beautifully Italian decorated with lots of tile. We picked this hotel because we had both a wine tasting event and a dinner with friends close to the hotel. This was our first visit. What we found was a very clean, modern and easy to reach by car hotel. It is located within a 10 minute cab ride to some great restaurants and evening fun spots in Roma too. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a reasonably price excellent hotel just outside the center of Roma

We absolutely loved our stay. The location at the top of the Spanish Steps is perfect when exploring Rome by foot. The provided breakfast buffet was wonderful. I will be returning to Rome in 2026 and I will definitely stay here for that visit.

After a terrible experience at another hotel in Rome my family and I escaped to this hotel. We arrived and the staff was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. I was finally able to sleep with peace of mind that we were in a safe clean environment. Lesson learned, I will always stay at a Marriott hotel from now on.

I forgot my handbag in our rental car ( along with my passport, wallet, driver's license). The Frontier desk staff ( forgot his name) help my husband call the rental company at the airport. I finally decided to go back to tge airport to see if my purse was turned in. He called a taxi for us, the drive drove us, waited for us to pick up my purse ( yes there are kind people in this world who honestly turned in my puse untouched). Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with plenty to chose from....

Very good hotel with free laundry room, a section with pool and ping pong tables. Restaurant was actually good. Also there is a walking section with lounge tables that was nice Felt safe in the hotel. Only drawback is the area around the hotel is not nice so we usually took taxis. However I recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Teichnersuite! The location is excellent, and the room is spacious and very nicely kept. The windows face the piazza San Lorenzo, offering a nice view, and Vincent our host gave us excellent service and great recommendations for our stay in Rome. Never stayed at a JK Place property before. Exceeded all expectations. Encountered 8-10 different staff during 3 night stay. Every one of them couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful, especially those at the reception desk. This includes the general manager who introduced himself and served us snacks and a welcome drink upon our arrival. Can't think of any way the staff could have provided better or more service. Think this can only be achieved by smaller boutique hotels like the JK Place...

Everyone working at the hotel was first rate and wonderful, the establishment was clean and great, I'd go back for sure... there were some material choices in our room for the drawers that had permanent finger prints and stains all over them that was a little off putting at first... but the were clean, just looked dirty.

Absolutely lovely. Steps aways from the Steps of Piazza Spagna, you are in the heart of the city but away from the madness. Staff is FABULOUS. Helpful and kind. Room cleaning services deserves SIX STARS, they made up our room and left it looking like a spread for an interior decoration magazine. Best housekeeping n the world. Wonderful all arounnd. Spa is world class.

This hotel was great. Located in one of the best areas to walk 2 mins to Spanish steps, 10 minutes to the pantheon, 20 minutes to the Vatican and 25 minutes to the colosseum. Grand Hotel Palace is a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the train station, the beautiful Borghese Gardens, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and other sites of interest to tourists. There are many restaurants, fancy and plain nearby. The hotel's restaurant is nice. Comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! The rooms are so beautiful. The bed was very comfortable with a nice down comforter. The bathroom was enormous with a seating area and separate toilets.
