"This was our first experience of The Joule in Dallas. The hotel and staff far exceeded our expectations. It is right in the heart of downtown, has exceptional dining inside and within close walking distance as well. From now on this will be the only place i would even consider staying in the Dallas area. Thanks again!"

"This is super petty but there was only one tea option in the room but they're were two guests... Seems like there be 2 (like i said, it's petty). Also there were no ice machines and I'm guessing the bagged ice at the hotel kiosk wasn't free. I couldn't see any decanters with chilled water in the lobby (it was almost 100° outside). These are just small things but surprised me that such a nice hotel wouldn't have these very basic niceties. "
