"We just returned from this property and I absolutely cannot say enough good things about it!! I kinda want to gatekeep because this property was a absolute hidden gem!!! Before we left we got a link I could add to my Home Screen that was extremely helpful on restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. This was so helpful. The view was spectacular. House was decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable. The neighbors and Nancy were very nice. We spoke to them. The stopped by just to give us information and what to expect during the storms coming through with the hurricane passing by. That put a few of our travelers at ease. We had a few questions and texted the property manager. They responded immediately. And we’re very helpful!! Oh and I can’t forget about Sophia! She was amazing. She’s the cat who stays at the property. She’s VERY sweet and we all loved feeding her. We joked about having to get back so the “owner” could get her dinner. We had 6 adults in our group and everyone loved her, and miss her since we left. We even left her a bag of food and treats when we left as a parting gift. I have travelled a lot and stayed many places and this house hands down is the best place I’ve stayed. We will absolutely return here. It was amazing, even with the storm. The garden out front was so cute. The space outside was amazing. The with the pool and all the seating available is awesome. And we had so much nature in our backyard. Can’t wait to return!!!!!!!"

"We stayed in coral room which is in a courtyard very safe with digital locks for room and courtyard at night! Turquoise blue shallow water right across the street for snorkeling/swimming. On site restaurant and bar was great and other dining options in any direction walkable. Plenty of local history and the people you meet are super friendly!"

"Communicating with the host was very easy and they always responded within 24 hours. The checkin process was simple and contactless, very helpful clear instructions with pictures that made it very easy. The only reason I gave this facility 4 stars on location was because it is not "on the beach" if that is what you are looking for. BUT the snorkeling by the pier and all along this area is some of the best and the beaches are within walking distance (less than a mile). There is a restaurant downstairs for the evening with spectacular food and I recommend Polly's for breakfast! The pool was refreshing in the evenings and outdoor seating was perfect. They even have aloe plants if you get burned! We will absolutely stay here again!"

"Our family enjoyed our entire stay at the Villa! The attention to detail for a comfortable stay was amazing! We had fantastic morning coffee on the deck off the upstairs main bedroom every day! This villa offered multiple amenities like an outdoor shower to clean off beach sand, snorkeling gear for everyone, coolers, beach chairs, and outdoor games. We are already discussing when we could return to the villa again! "

"The property was clean and as described with recently updated bathrooms. The air conditioning was a great thing to come back to after exploring. Right in the middle of the action- it was the perfect place to be near the Christmas Festival, shopping, and the pier. The neighborhood felt safe and local nightlife is nearby. Super convenient! The host was very responsive and check-in was easy. "

"This estate was absolutely perfect for our family. Set back with lots of privacy, but only a short drive to everything. Minutes to airport, grocery store, and Frederiksted. Less than 20 minutes to Christiansted. Conrad met us at the airport and guided us to the home. He was gracious and gave us local insight. Laurel was awesome and quiet to respond to our questions. Definitely recommend. "
