"Perfect location in the downtown Tavares area. Walking distance to everywhere. The place is spacious and well decorated. Will be my first call when making another stay in the area. It’s directly over a bar and that was a plus for us. "

If it had been properly advertised, I would have given it five stars. When I rented the unit it was advertised as having a full sized pull out couch which does not exist.
