"We liked the short walk to the water park from our room. We enjoyed a hike around the property in the morning. I had a massage and a pedicure and both were great. The only drawback was house keeping only came 1 day out of our 4 night stay. "

"The architecture of the Hilton drew me to the property but it was pretty run down upon check in. There was a very large dead tree outside of our room door it should be cut down as it was extremely depressing. Horrible as it was hacked in half. There were cob webs in the upper corner of the bathroom and in the desert that is no joke. Big spiders and bugs! Probably coming from the tree.. The outdoor pools were without nice landscaping and had a look and sound of a community public pool. The adjacent bar at the pool was small and ticky tacky. Room was large and beds were comfortable and quiet. The patio also had a tree that looked pretty unhealthy in the heat. The restaurant was barren, without beer on tap and waited 20 minutes just to get someone’s attention. The location is too far from Old Town to walk. Not the ideal $300 a night hotel:/ very sad about this. "

"Hotel is very runner down and not well maintained. The bathroom had a disgusting old shower that none of us wanted to use. I wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend it to others. I will say the staff was helpful and even brought us something to the airport that we left (medicine) so I won’t give them 1 star because of that. "

"ice machines did not work, pool looked like it could use some work, air conditioning unit was tricky to set, bedside lights didn't turn on. I needed a bed and a shower so it worked but I would not go back or recommend."

"This place was very, very mediocre at best. The staff was average to poor. Our initial reservation was for three nights, but then we extended it to four nights. When we checked in at the front desk, we were told we had to come back at 9 PM to make sure that the extra day was connected to our three day initial reservation. The room was OK but I I don’t like the two sliding doors to get into the bathroom. They never close properly. I like to keep the heat and steam in the bathroom and those doors are poor at doing that. The pool area was a joke. It was basically a big concrete pool and a second smaller pool and a hot tub. It was basically a big concrete slab with some blue tents around the pool. The bar/restaurant near the pool was terrible. We waited for 10 to 15 minutes for somebody to wait on us when we sat down and then we finally had to get up and walked to the bar asked the waiter to take our order. When our order was ready he waved at us to come and pick it up at the bar all of our food was in “to go” bags. We had to go back to the table and eat off our Styrofoam plates and packages with plastic utensils. He never even came to our table the entire time he stayed behind the bar and the restaurant only had about four or five people in it. The casino area seemed very nice and they had a upscale bar named Orange sky on the top floor, which was very nice. However, the maître D was pretty unfriendly and had very poor communication skills. "

"The room was not clean, but no bugs. Just a lot of dust and gunk built up on surfaces. Bed was comfortable. Bedding was clean. Towels were clean. The room just needs a deep clean. The pool and hot tub were nice."
