"Very well kept hotel close to everything"

"We were taking a New England road trip and this hotel was on our stop for Maine. It's on a community college campus and run by the students but they were excellent. Prior to our arrival we received a call from the front desk asking us about our arrival. The guy, Jacob, was friendly and on arrival greeted us warmly. The hotel is near the water and comfy. Perfect for our one night. In the morning we met Emily whom also greeted us warmly and proved us continental breakfast. Overall, a nice stay and the view of the water during breakfastwas beautiful."

"We loved our stay here. Location is perfect! Front desk and valet are helpful and make scheduling a shuttle to the airport or train station a breeze. Zero complaints about the property and will be happy to stay here again anytime."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and tidy but wall are thin. Close and walkable to shops and restaurants. No self parking, valet only with garage off premise with in and out available."

"The WiFi isn't worth using. Bring a mobile hotspot if you need internet. Housekeeping knocked and then immediately swiped the card and tried to barge in on me. Not acceptable. "

"I chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as pet-friendly, as I was traveling with my well-trained dog. While the location was convenient and the room itself was comfortable, the experience was soured by the lack of transparency regarding the pet policy. When I booked, the additional pet fee was not clearly disclosed. I was extremely annoyed to be informed that there was a flat pet cleaning fee for bringing a well-behaved animal into the room. If a hotel charges a premium for pets, there should be clear communication about that cost upfront, or they should at least provide amenities to justify the extra cleaning fee they claim to be charging."
