"Very nice quiet resort. Room, facilities, and especially the pool we're beautiful. They'll try and lure you into a timeshare, but we avoided that. The area around it was very nice and you have full use of all the nearby hilton properties and amenities. The dining nearby was overpriced and underwhelming. The shopping nearby was also incredibly overpriced, drive 15-20min out of the area and your basics are half the price, or better. I would definitely stay again! "

"Great location, excellent accommodations and good customer service from the property management group. The only negative was a guy acting as “the police” for the resort. As others have said, he was rude to guests and others, including being rude to my two daughters. He was harassing a young couple with kids as he thought the kids were too noisy…they were not. But aside him, this place is great. Shops, the beach with snorkeling all within walking distance. We would come back again. "

"This was a wonderful place for our family of five (kids 3-9). The house is pleasant, clean, and well-stocked. Noise proofing was excellent- we sometimes heard quiet sounds of people walking upstairs, but that was it. There was enough space to avoid being on top of each other. The pool is lovely and good for kids. We loved the access to the beach club and beach and appreciated the pool noodles, buckets, and digging tools. Jim and Helen were gracious and responsive. "
