"The Hyatt was very clean, and they had maid service everyday, which is becoming very rare. The free breakfast had lots of options, pancakes, bacon, bagels,toast, oatmeal, yogurt & then some. We stayed there 4 nights. They had a privacy screen on the window which was helpful because guests from the neighboring hotel could see into the room. Their building was about 30feet away. Even tho the room is small (most rooms in NYC are small unless you're paying the big bucks) it has everything we needed. Including an iron and board, fridge & safe. It's a great location just a few blocks from Broadway. The elevators were a bit slow. They have 4 elevators. But overall the stay was great."

"Beautiful hotel! Siham at the front desk helped us with anything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Room was clean and the same size as most NYC rooms. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn’t get the lady”s name at the front desk, but she helped us twice with the subway as we had never used it before and we were very grateful for that. The only negative thing and I would say is that there was strawberry ice cream in our fridge when we arrived from the previous guest"
