"Excellent rooms, location was great. Check in was not very pleasant. Waited in line 3 times before I was able to receive my room, which was after 4:00 that evening. All other amenities were very nice and pleasant. "

"The hotel is AMAZING!! The restaurant is AMAZING!! The only complaint was definitely the shuttle driver. I waited an hour for the shuttle at the airport with a 4 year old toddler. The driver pulled up and sat inside conversing with a female passenger. Once we husband went to the passenger door and got his attention he finally got out to assist with the bags. The female passenger was eating pizza and they both looked annoyed that we were even needing a ride. Although this didn’t sit well with me at all, the front desk clerk and the restaurant attendant definitely made up for it. Even after the bad shuttle service I’d definitely still give them a 10/10. If our first point of contact is the shuttle driver they should be more polite and definitely wait 3-5 minutes to see if there’s others coming down. The shuttle didn’t wait 30 seconds before pulling off. Overall my family and I will return this summer. "
