"Front desk staff was fantastic, caring, chatty and fun to talk with. Very informative and knowledgeable about Waverly. Room waa clean with fridge, microwave and coffee, lots of pillows, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Waverly. Also, made sure even though they were fullly booked, cleaning staff would have a room ready for early check in and they did. "

What truly stood out was how accommodating the host was when a blizzard rolled into town during our stay. She was quick to respond to our questions, flexible with our needs, and made sure we felt taken care of despite the stormy conditions.It gave us such peace of mind knowing we were in a safe, well-maintained place with a host who genuinely cared about her guests. "There is no better location for our annual stay in West Union. Sharla and Galen are perfect hosts. Everything you would need if forgotten is provided. Contact with the hosts is easy. The only request is if they could do something about the weather during our stay...8 below zero is tough to take!! "
