"Excellent hotel; will definitely recommend it. The room did not have air condition or any sort of air fan however and it was 29 °c during my stay - sufficient to say I didn't get much sleep because of the heat in the room. But it's the only downside to my stay; otherwise it was excellent."
"Hotel ideally placed for my trip. Excellent service. The only negative would be the breakfast and the staff not keeping their eye on things that they had run out of potatoe, white bread for toast, scrambled eggs, sausage. Apart from that very good and I would recommend. "
"I had a fantastic stay at Frederiksdal Sinatur Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the room was. The bed was very comfortable. Although there was no air conditioning or could not find the controls, the room stayed pleasantly cool throughout my stay, which made it very comfortable
The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area or commuting to Gentofte!"
"This place was excellent - had everything we needed and plenty to do. The rooms were perfect and downstairs there was a really decent TV room with pool table, dart board and large tv and a Games room which had a table football type game, PS5 and loads of toys for toddler aged children.

"I enjoyed the breakfast; many good options with some attention to those with dairy intolerance. The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The temperature control in the room was amazing. I am always either too hot or too cold, and here it felt perfect all the time. I really loved how green they are. Biodegradable trash bags, fewer towels, etc.
I wish they had 24 hour reception desk available. I know that there is a phone line open when a receptionist is not there but it makes a big difference for an actual person to be present especially for guests who arrive after hours. An extra towel or foot mat for the floor after stepping out of the shower would be good. "
