"Our family started a new a tradition of spending time once a year at Pajaro Dunes. House 33 was a great location and there were so many things to enjoy. Our four grandkids were able to walk to the beach and it seems like they can never get enough of the ocean. It's so beautiful. The house was very nice and very clean. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the foosball and air hockey and the Jacuzzi. I could go on and on. Just a really great place and we had a really great time."

"Gorgeous view from the 2nd story master suite deck. Perfect place for morning coffee for two. The 1st floor also has floor to ceiling views to the ocean and plenty of room for family & large table for games. We even completed a 1000 piece disney puzzle on the coffee table--the puzzle was one of the things we found amongst the many games in the laundry room. "We were very satisfied with our time at this property! The location, neighborhood, and proximity to the beach were all amazing. We had a very comfortable stay and everything was satisfactory and as advertised. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach or sit out back and look out at the ocean with some shelter from the wind, views from the kitchen and dining area were very nice, and we were able to hear the waves crashing from our bedroom."

"I was looking for a nice, clean, safe spot for the weekend where by daughter and her boyfriend could venture off on foot on their own and I could do my own exploring. This property definitely fit the bill. I used one of the beach cruisers on the property to explore the west side of Santa Crus while the teens went to the boardwalk. I parked my car nearby using the parking pass and didn't need to move it again. The house was clean and tidy, the kitchen pretty well equipped and bedrooms...
