"The room was clean, well furnished and had a cozy feel. We would stay here again, however, there were some minor issues. The toilet flush ran continuously and was audible at night. The cover over the shower plughole was broken and the lead on the kettle was too short and had to be used on the floor. Also the mattress was too firm for us."

"Lovely cottage, I was unsure when booking as there wasn’t photos of all the rooms, however they were all great. The location was perfect, right by The Roaches, great for walks from the door step and close by to other amazing locations in the Peak District. Being so close to the tea rooms was convenient for lunch, and we were near enough to the town of Leek for shops for supplies. Comfortable beds, and the whole place was clean and tidy. Good stay at a conveniently located hotel
"Although the building itself looked quite old the fixtures, fittings and design were contemporary and new. The hotel and room were clean and tidy. The shower and provided products were great. The bathroom design also looked quite new. The room was quiet and included buffet breakfast very tasty. "
