"We definitely appreciated the historical aspects of this hotel. It is full of character and older world charm. There were issues with very minor things: outlets were very loose, broken tile on bathroom floor — but the proximity to Bourbon Street, the parking, the excellent staff, and the convenient location make this a must stay. We literally walked everywhere we went including Jackson Square and down by the river. The parking was pretty tight because the spaces were small so if you have an SUV it will be tight but it’s definitely doable.
