Overall their customer service was great, the breakfast was also great for continental, and also the rooms were nice, clean with a comfortable bed. "

"My sister in law broke her foot and a couple of ribs getting off a cable car. The hotel help with much of what was needed to make her feel comfortable. Thank you, Elyse The sister who set up this trip for their 25th wedding anniversary."
