"The property was very clean and modern with all the facilities we could have needed. Location was excellent and walking distance to the sea front, minutes from the town centre. Free parking outside was perfect. Definitely would stay at the property in the future."

"This is a great little flat that's a 10-minute walk to the beach one way or 20 minutes to the Westbourne High Street area, which is one of the best shopping and eating zones outside the Bournemouth town center (and definitely cuter). The Stai folks were super communicative and the check-in and check-out were as easy as possible. "

"Student accommodation furniture, very noisy throughout night as next to roundabout. noise from people passing, cars. Picture indicates much larger than it is would be difficult for 4 people to stay. Pull out bed, quilt available but no under sheet"

"Front door handle was hanging off upon arrival Kitchen and dining table dirty Bath room light flickered dangerous on and off Front door lock to the block of flats was apparently broken so ended up locked out one evening. Hob ignitor broken No plug for the bath – this was important to us as we had our toddler staying with us and showers are very tricky! "Difficult to really critic this location as it was under construction. They offered free pastries and water at the entrance which was a nice touch. The breakfast bags had to be preordered so did not try that. Spent two nights and it was lovely. "

Best Breakfast Layout in England

"Better than any other mainstream hotel I have been at in america or the EU. The rooms are clean and look to be recently refreshed. A few quirks to the design of the hotel bathrooms, but par for the course in europe. One odd thing is my room had a queen and a sofa with a built in bed.. Which had been pulled out and made up. Not a big deal but not neccessary. Staff were amazing and easy going. Bar staff was also very attentive. My go to if I am in Southampton for sure"

"It was a very nice hotel. The property was clean, quiet and the employees were very friendly. Juan from the bar was extremely nice, helpful and very personable. He went out of his way to help me, made sure I was comfortable while waiting and check with us regularly! "

"Beautiful property. Very clean and modern rooms. Many things to see in Southhampton. The staff was very helpful with information of how to get to London and get around. I would highly recommend staying here great value and close to London by train for more sightseeing"
