"I recently stayed at the Bournemouth Marriott and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is definitely one of its biggest highlights—right by the beach, offering beautiful sea views and easy access to the coastline, which made my stay even more relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made a big difference. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant visit. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. It’s a great place to unwind, especially if you’re celebrating something special—I actually stayed there for my birthday, and it made the occasion feel even more memorable. If I had to mention a small downside, parking can be a bit limited since it’s on a first-come, first-served basis, but aside from that, everything else was great. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the Bournemouth Marriott for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside stay with good service and a great location. I would happily come back again!"

"Was quite disappointed with the continental breakfast what was given wasn’t what was on the picture no baguette looked dry and stale, The bedrooms didn’t have plug sockets by the bed to charge your phone they was all by the tv, The cleanliness of the rooms was good and had clean towels and bedding. "Pubic hair in shower otherwise room clean. A good view for a cheaper room. Very spacious room with nice furniture. Jacuzzi not working, stairs to pool feel dangerous. Bar was a nice area in evening for a drink or two. Breakfast had a lot of choice but hot food was almost cold which was a shame, buffets need refreshing. Roast potatoes in breakfast? If you remove the American hash browns from the English breakfast at least put bubble and squeak on. All staff interactions were great. "

"The hotel is beautiful and modern which we liked. It did lack in some big areas and I frankly expected better. The toilet was dirty on arrival and I don’t mean just a little. There were dried urine stains over the seat, the toilet, the base and the floor. Not sure how this could even be missed (which I can only assume means they don’t clean properly). It was resolved straight away but we shouldn’t have had to ask. The staff in the hotel were good. However, not so much at the onsite restaurant (The Rock). We found the service to be poor at the restaurant. We had to wait nearly an hour for a simple main meal which we were told was because of a lack of staff. This wasn’t communicated until after we paid. The prices are also too expensive. We had breakfast every day at this restaurant. The value for money is poor. They do not make it clear what is included. They will only let you order 1 item from the hot menu which is not stated anywhere. So you could effectively be paying £25 for some hot porridge. You also have to self serve everything including hot drinks and toast etc. At this price point I would expect a level of table service. Finally, the room is lovely. The terrace and view is amazing. We loved this. Again though there were some minor things that could be improved. This isn’t a cheap hotel and they need to have a better finish and eye for detail. Carpet edges and joins frayed. Holes in bedsheets. Cracked lampshades. It’s a shame but we probably wouldn’t return."
