We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

To my horror, the day I returned, someone was in the room sleeping I had booked the room one week in advance and they were clueless as to what happened. I contacted the hotels out-of -hours number about 6 times and left a voicemail - no one called me, I also sent a number of messages on their WhatsApp number but no one responded eventhough I saw they had read the message, I had to contact...

"Was a leak in the room so had to leave, when first arrived got out into the wrong room, cups weren't clean no sheets on the bed or duvet, DO NOT STAY HERE "
