"Horrible room, dirt and grime everywhere. Sticky floor. Bed clearly just remade after previous guests or squatters, black hairs and pubes. Bed cushion had ominous stains! Slept fully clothed! No WiFi code despite being the selling point and even requesting it. Was told to let them know if arriving after 9pm or they couldn’t help with anything, which I did, but no response to wifi question!
