"Room was ok but dated for 2026. Cracked walls, dripping shower and old fashioned facilities. Carpet was dirty. "

Noisy building work going on, could maybe have offered some sort of compensation, drink or breakfast perhaps. Also water in room, but unclear if this was complimentary or chargeable.
