"Perfect little place. Staff was friendly. Rooms were cozy and bed was very comfortable. Great location near downtown. Elk were in the field right next to us. Beautiful views."

"Property was clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious! Location is good-nothing is too far away from anything in tiny Estes. You cannot walk to downtown from here though-that would be too far. Breakfast is no longer included in the stay. There is a restaurant offering breakfast beginning at 6am onsite now. Towels and bedsheets aren't very soft but for the price I wasn't expecting them to. They have a nice game room and indoor pool. TV channel selection was good. There's a good pizza place across the street you can walk to."

"It was cozy and clean. The staff were super helpful and answered questions. Breakfast was good. They offered popcorn and s'more's, I was a very thoughtful gesture."
