"The house was in a great location and was able to accommodate our 3 families. Pull-out couches all had memory foam mattresses which was nice for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Very happy with our stay!"

"We had a great stay here to break up our camping trip at Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo was clean and had great access to the park entrance (a 4 min drive) as well as walking access to downtown Grand Lake. We will definitely plan to stay here again on our next trip!"

"Very comfortable and tastefully decorated cabin. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed the evenings sitting with our feet propped up on the reclining couch in front of the wood burning stove. The beds and pillows we’re comfortable and the bedding smelled lovely. "We were under the impression that it had a river view by the pictures.. You could hear full conversations of the neighbors as it was a lock off. The mattress was foam and had many holes in the foam no mattress pad, and terribly uncomfortable!!! We saw the holes because the instructions told us we had to strip the bedding when we were through. All the furniture and mattress were from a second hand store or estate sale as we saw price tags. We were very disappointed especially due to the price...

"Internet worked well, bed was comfortable. I slept on bed with two babies, my older two children slept on pull out couch. It didn't look the most comfortable but my kids are seven and five so they're not very picky and they didn't complain. My husband slept on the Murphy bed solo. He said it wasn't the best but it's a Murphy bed at a vacation rental, so it was ok. Grand lake has a decent amount of food options well within walking distance so it was nice.
