"Breakfast was good. Rooms are poor quality, very old. Things broken in the rooms and nothing staff can do about it but say sorry. The spa is good but restricted to just one hour and also restricted to just the pool, can’t use the nice spa pool without paying another £70 per person per day so be aware of that. The hotel location is good, walkable to the park and ride and each to get into the centre etc. "

Unless you wish to use the pool as a family very early in the morning or in the you have no chance of using pool. Hotel doesn’t tell you this until after check in not at booking. "

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed here. All staff from cleaners, reception staff and catering staff were all very friendly. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Next time I visit Newcastle I will stay here again "
