"We stayed at this hotel from March 16–20 as a family of five. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few downsides. When we arrived in Hiroshima around 6 PM, the hotel parking was already full and cost about 3000 yen per night. Luckily, we found nearby parking that was much cheaper. The reception is on the 14th floor next to the bar, and they provide a free drink voucher for each night of your stay. However, there is no daily housekeeping unless you stay more than 3 nights—otherwise, they only replace towels. Amenities were limited (toothbrush set, cotton pads, q-tips, coffee/creamer/sugar). Our room on the 7th floor was spacious enough for five people, with a separate toilet and bathroom. The toilet had no ventilation, so bringing a spray is helpful. Water pressure was decent. Trash wasn’t removed daily, and no extra pajamas or slippers were provided. There’s also no phone in the room, so you have to go to the 14th floor if you need assistance. The TV had only about 8 channels and no Netflix. Laundry is on the 2nd floor with 6 washer/dryer combos (500 yen per cycle, 100 yen extra for drying). Breakfast on the 1st floor was excellent. You can choose from options like omelet, scrambled eggs, sunny-side up, salmon, or an acai bowl (2800 yen), with a buffet included. You can also do the luggage transfer Yamato to the airport and staff will assist you to do that. Pick up is twice per day AM/PM. "

"Very convenient location to trains, buses and streetcar since located just above Hiroshima station. Professional and friendly staff, who speak excellent English. Great room with great view on the 19th floor, and could see the sea and even catch the sunset from the room. Will stay here again the next time I visit Hiroshima."

"This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Hiroshima Station, making it easy to travel throughout Hiroshima and to other cities as well. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby—everything you could need is within walking distance. The hotel itself feels fairly new and is very well maintained. One highlight for me was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made for a very comfortable stay. In the mornings, the hotel also offers complimentary coffee, juices, and light pastries in the lobby—a thoughtful touch, even though I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I’d especially like to thank Kiyota and Nagayama, who went above and beyond to assist me with navigating a Japanese website I was struggling with. They gave me their full attention and were genuinely caring throughout. The hospitality that I received from them and the staff was by far the highlight of my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Hiroshima."
