"The Staff is awesome! They go above and beyond before your arrival if you have questions and are traveling to Japan for the first time. The service is excellent. Fujiyama Terrace food is delicious. The Thomas the train rooms was so much fun. We especially loved the free shuttle bus to many local nearby sites and stations - this was a pleasant surprise. Convenience to the fujiQ bus and fujiQ amusement park made this trip so easy. And, waking up to the view of mt. Fuji is the best part. Thank you! "

Although dining was limited around the area, I would definitely stay again with my family. One thing that was not mentioned on Expedia is that the property offers a free shuttle from the nearest bus/train station."
