"This hotel was an experience everyone must try. Included in the price we received a full Japanese dinner, breakfast, drum show, provided Japanese robes to wear around the property, given access to the onsen, and access to the wine bar. It has a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. "

"Booked a 3night stay and each day just wow us more. The ryokan was having some renovations during our stay and there wasn't any lake view. However, the roof top view of mount Fuji made up for it. Every meal is different and the presentation is very pretty. There is always a welcome snack whenever we came back to the ryokan. It's a pity that i did not buy the snacks which were available at the store in the Ryokan thinking that I can purchase them at the train station souvenir stores. Friendly staff and the service was impeccable. We love the public baths as well which comes with steam and sauna rooms. "

"The hotel has nice facilities, on a quiet lake front road. Everything was going smoothly. Only one thing to complain, there are a few tour groups. These groups were kind of noisy in the dining hall. It would be nice if the dining hall can be divided for those groups to be in their group rooms."

"Love every single thing about this hotel. The place is very close to the station, gives free access to the park and hot spring, and have really beautiful place for breakfast facing mount fuji. Can't ask for a better place to stay. They have a wonderful customer service too. Highly recommended! ❤️ "
