"部屋や浴室、トイレなどは清潔で（ベッドの下に髪の毛が少し落ちていましたが、一般的なホテルと比べても充分にキレイでした）、家具備品なども新しく清潔でした。冷蔵庫が大きいのも便利でした。 強いて言えば部屋の仕切りドアのスマートクローズが２箇所壊れていて引っかかり、毎回閉めるのに手間がかかりました。 また浴室の隣に洗濯機があるのは便利でしたが、着替えやタオルを置いておくスペースがあるともっと便利だと感じました。 救急病院が近くにあるため時々サイレンの音は聞こえましたが、外部の物音はあまり気になりませんでした。ただしやはり上層階からの音が鉄骨を伝わって響いてくるらしく、足音なのか何かを叩く音なのか、一晩中聞こえてくるので少し気になりました。 "

The neighbourhood was close enough to many train stations but far enough from Akihabara to be blissfully quiet at night. "施設は壁が薄く、隣の部屋の会話が気になるレベルで聞こえます。週末は若者が朝まで騒いで飲み会をやっています。きっと家のみ感覚で便利なのでしょうが、騒音がひどく、お客様窓口に何度も連絡しました。常駐している方がいないので、残念ながら、改善は見込めません。 併せて、台所、お風呂周りの清掃や、全体的なホコリの状態は残念ながら清潔とは言えませんでした。 コロナのこともあり、気になって、自分たちで掃除しました。 残念ながら次回は利用しません。 現場で対応頂いた清掃員の方は非常に親切でした。"

"It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ☆ I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...
