"Spacious and clean room facing Mt Fuji. Breakfast without any change of menu, as we were there for 3n so all 3 breakfast menus are the same. Front staff is friendly however timing and direction given was not all accurate."

The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was on point. However, the outdoor onsen didn’t appear very clean, so I didn’t use it. The biggest disappointment was the view of Mount Fuji. I booked this hotel expecting an unobstructed view based on the photos, but the view was restricted and not as advertised. Overall, it’s a decent and very clean hotel with great staff, but the lack of the promised Mount Fuji view was a letdown."
