"Beautiful spot inside and out. Super easy to check in and out. Very clean and pretty close to the main hub by car but a bit scary to drive down at night so bring enough food. I can only imagine when the trees outside blossom and how beautiful that would look. I guess I need to come back 😉 "

"가족들과 지내기에 너무좋았어요♡ 근처에마트도있고 써니마트 라면맛집에 주차도 20시부터 08시까지 300엔으로가능한 주차장도 근처에있어서 좋았습니다~^^ 하카타와 텐진 중간쯤이라 오고가기편하였으나 일본현지인들이 실제 거주하는동네라 시간이 늦으면 골목이 많이 어두워져서 여성 혼자서 지내기에는 비추천합니다. 체크인메일에 비밀번호가 안와서 전화를했는데 일본어밖에못하셔서 소통이 어려웠지만 바로 해결은되어서 들어갈수있었습니다♡ 욕조가 있어서 애기들목욕하기좋았고 욕실의자는 없었습니다. 냉장고도 중급 사이즈 정도 되어서 장본것을 넣어두기좋았습니다♡"

"Fantastic location on the river. Nearby Hakata businesses, yatai stalls in the evening, and very lively mall across the bridge. Unit was accurate and well described. Checkin was easy and was done online via remote tablet checkin. Elevator made a huge positive impact as we were travelling with checked luggage. Photos were accurate and unit was well furnished. Morning coffee on the balcony was a big plus. All appliances and fixtures worked perfectly. Network was adequate for 3 people's...

"最初はかわいいキッチンとダイナーに浮かれていたのですが、学校のプールの更衣室みたいな古いお風呂にみんなテンションが下がっていました。トイレは改装しているのか比較的新しくてキレイでしたが、個室の鍵が祖父母宅でしか見ない金属のフックをドアについてる輪っかに引っ掛けるタイプの鍵でノスタルジックな気持ちになりました。寝室は広々としていて天井が高かったです。また、台風がちょうど近づいているときに宿泊したのですが、雨漏りが酷く、雨漏りしているところにお皿を置いてやり過ごしていました。築年数が相当経っていたんでしょうね…。天井も配線むき出しで丸見えだったんで、ここまでは若干予想通りではあったのですが、ここからがしんどくて。雨漏りの影響で壁の裏にも雨水が染み出していたのか、雨が降り出した2日目からゴキブリが立て続けに出だし、退治するにもゴキジェットがハウスに無かったため、対処に困り、極めつけにはキッチンだけでなく、リビングにも出没しだしたので、これ以上は手に負えないし、もうこうなった以上この家で夜は越せないなと思い、当初は2泊3日の予定のところ2泊目の夜に帰宅しました。夏に泊まるのはおすすめしません。"

"- self-service check-in is easy and fast - location is near perfect - generous, clean and well-equipped rooms - only issue: no staff in the building, when you need someone it seems to take long until they show up on the premises (happened to fellow travellers who couldn't open the baggage locker and ultimately had to leave without their bags). also there were several false fire alarms in the enterance hall that weren't stopped for a long time"
