I spoke to 2 people they confirmed I could stay in my room after I added an extra day but the morning of this woman said I had to switch rooms and the room the gave me was not as nice, outdated and the heater didn’t work plus it was a room that connected to another room I didn’t like that."

"The room was small and had the bare necessities. However, at checking, I was told they charge $20 'amenities type' fee. Having no recourse, I paid. When using the sin & tub, the water had to run for over 20 minutes before there was som warm/hot water. The water fluctuated in temp while using it, so that was less than pleasant. "
