"Hotel was excellent with helpful front of house staff. Location worked for us as we could easily walk into the town center. Breakfast was very good. Only irritation was that while it is a non-smoking hotel they allow smoking on balconies and don’t separate those who want to do so from others. We had smokers next door and this precluded us getting fresh air and using the balcony. "

"If you need to be in the area then this is a superb hotel. It’s in a business type area so nothing to walk to etc, but if you have car then really easy and accessible. "

"Great experience, place is just everything you need for short stay; relax, entertainment and access to the beach; Parking- it is obvious people will arrive by the car so I think carpark for 1 car shall be included in the price not paid extra. Deposit - 50euro cash and not mentioned before; they asked us to. Return and wash the dishes if we want 50 euro back yet we had no cleaner during the stay However- we would recommend the place!"

"Profile Misrepresents The Property - Disappointing!! My wife and I were in Trieste for one night. She was not feeling well, and a steady rain had set in, so we were looking for a seaside location to snuggle up, enjoy the view, have dinner, and spend some time decompressing as we were nearing the end of a 15-day Italian adventure. The hotel was a disappointment from the start: 1. The keyframe picture on Hotels.com is not the hotel at all. It shows a location on the ocean that is not even close. 2. The summary said it had a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Nope. 3 The hotel room was clean and the accommodations were acceptable, however, when we tried to watch some TV, there were no English speaking channels and no access to apps like Netflix. I would usually not bother reviewing a semi-disappointing experience, but this hotel was so misrepresented in their profile it made me mad. "

"We ended up here because we couldn’t find a hotel anywhere else, but it was awesome. Great price and very “European”. We stayed in a senior suite with a living room and bathroom. Gorizia is a beautiful, small, Italian college town. We had a delicious dinner just across the street and truly enjoyed the 16th century bar in our hotel where the bartender told us a lot about the hotel history. "
