"The property was unpleasantly dirty, hair of cats were all around, on the sofa, gut generally it was undeservedly sluttish. We had to place paper towel under our stuff, we did not want to place it directly to the furniture. The place needs mayor cleaning! I made photos ! After a few hours I went to the reception and told them I want to leave as soon as possible. The same day I had no chance to find other place, we thought we will survive one night. We DID NOT SLEEP ONE HOUR, the place is FULL...

"It hurts to give middling ratings. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "
