"For the price, a great hotel with all you need to be comfortable. Loved the breakfast, and the staff were really helpful. A mini fridge would be good, as we had a heatwave. Cold water would have been great."

"I stayed in a smaller room. This is my 2nd visit. My only complaint is the pillows they are awful. Everything else is good. Staff super helpful, great easy parking. Nice touches like the fridge and coffee machine downstairs."

"This hotel is well located for central Birmingham without being in the city centre. It is close to the tram line into Grand Central Station or just a short taxi ride. It is also close to Edgbaston. The building itself is quite historic and full of character. Because of this it doesn't feature all the amenities that one would expect of a newer hotel. However the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful."
