downstairs is lovely and just what you need after a long day sightseeing. The location was absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to lovely cafes, great restaurants and bars, and super easy to walk over to Fatih (or get the tram). The staff went above and beyond. I would stay there again in a heartbeat but I would request a room on a higher floor - as another review mentioned, we were on the second floor and it was a bit noisy...
