"The staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast menu was good. Overall cleanliness of the facility was good. A couple of things that need improvement: there were two ice maker machines and neither one was working, the complimentary coffee machine at the lobby wasn’t working. Of the abode two issues, the staff was fully aware and during our three nights staying, neither one was solved."

"We usually stay in more expensive hotels but circumstances brought us here and I must say I enjoyed the experience. It is spotlessly clean. Parking is easy, it feels safe, well located. Free breakfast , ours had a kitchen, well stocked with plates etc. it’s kind of a time capsule but clean and freshly painted. Friendly helpful staff. I would recommend it if circumstances have you looking for inexpensive hotels in Kelowna."

"Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable but the location of our room was awful. Very loud road noise and fighting outside at night."

"Newer hotel, the room was lovely and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying here next time in Kelowna. Only little thing we didn’t like was the wall mounted shampoo/conditioner/body wash holder. The way it is designed it kind of pinches fingers when using the pumps. Not really a big issue."
