This was my second stay at this hotel within 2 months. I like the location in the middle of a (working class) residential area. It's like living with the locals, away from the commercial areas. Over the weekends I experienced some noise coming from a banquet building were parties were held but nothing loud, nothing violent, just people having fun. Everything was wonderful.

The young woman at the reservation desk who greeted us was lovely and helpful. Her suggestions for the day and where to have lunch in Arona were most enjoyable. In the evening, a gentleman at the desk directed us to a restaurant nearer the hotel for dinner, not near the lake. Our fault for not being specific. All in all, a good choice for a close location to the airport.

Grand Hotel des Lles Borromees is a wonderfully elegant hotel set lakeside with beautiful grounds and gardens. My wife and I extended our stay from 3 to 5 nights - expensive, but well worth it. Love this place. It has the greatest vibe and people fill it in for drinks and buffet. The rooms on the first and second floor are great be sure to ask for those.

We stayed for 3 nights at CastaDiva in September 2015. We have been to Lake Como a few times prior this visit but the hotel and facilities were remarkable. I definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were awesome. Very helpful in every which way you can think of and literally just awesome. The room was fabulous. The whole area was great. I can’t think of anything that was bad at all so I definitely like this this is really a great hotel. I definitely recommend at five stars.

An affordable, clean and convenient hotel in a beautiful town. The staff was friendly and helpful. The train as well as a Milan airport shuttle makes the hotel easily accessible without a car.

Excellent experience right near great restaurants and the ferry boats were easy to access. It was well worth the price.
