"Great location. Great bar-restaurant area. Ok room. Older carpet throughout. The elevator was down for our entire stay even though the front desk said it would be fixed "tomorrow". The lobby is floor 0, we were on floor 3."

"Plenty of space for a family to enjoy. Incredibly clean and a wonderful location. If we are back in Galway we would stay again!"

"This property is right in the heart of everything. Rooms are real Snug but had what we needed. The one thing I would say is if you need to use the bathroom or get up for any reason at night, it's hard to crawl over your partner."

"Hôtel was lovely and well located. My only comment would be the size of the bathroom. Every thing else really suited our needs. Staff was fantastic!"

"The staff were very nice. Hotel style is cute. Unfortunately the noise makes it very difficult to sleep. Walls are very thin so you hear everything and my room overlooked the trash bins and you could hear every time the gate was open. Further, the headboard to the bed was stained and gross. Lastly I understood there were no closets but there’s also no luggage stand so either you’re accessing your suitcase on the floor or keeping it on the bed. "

"It was self service, but easy to enter and get our key as staff had communicated with us prior to our arrival. The room was spacious, lovely decore, and comfortable bed. They provided coffee, milk, and little snacks, otherwuse tge kitchen was well equipped to self cater. A piano in the formal dining room was a treat to enjoy."

"Such a lovely hostel with outdoor gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. A clean room and warm blankets. We ordered an 8€ breakfast that included fresh fruit, croissants, fresh soda bread, cheeses, granola and yogurt. I highly recommend this accommodation. It's also a 5 minute walk to the promenade on the water."

"Nice restaurant on site, convenient location right on the water. Rooms are in need of an update. Old carpet with tears, looks very worn and sloppy. Out of date furniture. "
