"Best hotel of our family Italy trip! We were there for 3 nights and we would go back in a heartbeat if we could. We stayed in room 502 with two levels and a terrace. It had 2 bathrooms and 3 comfortable beds. My teen kids were happy to have their own space and so were we! The staff was amazing, too, and made great dining recommendations and reservations for us. Location was perfect. An easy 5 minute or less walk to the train and around the corner from the Duomo."

"We were in Florence in July. It was extremely hot. Everything about this hotel was great. We had free access to water and juice everyday, 24 hours a day. Grab a cup or fill your own bottle. Hotel is across from the train station so expect noise. "

"Overall a wonderfully quiet and relaxing oasis very close to central attractions. Lovely property that is an easy 10-20 minute walk to main train station and most of the main attractions in Florence. We did encounter a few minor challenges: A/C air flow is BEHIND the curtains, meaning you can cool the room OR you can close the curtains, just not both. We also had a few ants inside the bathroom and there were mosquitos in the courtyard area. "

"excellent service, from front desk to breakfast staff. breakfast was delicious (hot breakfast buffet incl eggs snd pancakes and pastries and yogurts and breads and jams etc.). all the staff was great, and were super friendly. they helped with our luggage too! very central location to like all attractions. the hotel was an older hotel likely, but super cute. it all worked. any issues; they were happy to fix and in a timely manner too. would 100% stay here again. loved our room patio and the views were great! AC was great in the room! dont forget your international chargers! enjoy! thanks to everyone! oh and if walking from the station, go around using that first street on thr left after the church because itll make lugging around ur stuff a tad easier. "
