"This location was amazing, the staff was so nice, and the room was fantastic. This is a 5 out of 5 star property. Areas for improvement are: we were in floor 2 and the bar could be heard well into the night especially on Saturday night and the gym was broken while we were there (no machines would power on). The equipment in the gym is super old and not up to the standards you would expect for a nice American hotel. Adding newer and more machines to the gym like a peloton would go a long ways. With that said most people aren’t coming to Florence wanting a nice gym, but this is important to our family. Overall, we would look to stay here again when we come back to Florence. Thank you!"

"Our stay was so nice, the hotel is very modern and the staff was very nice. I wouldn’t say the hotel is directly in Florence’s city center but it is very walkable. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Really enjoyed the common facilities with the cafe and restaurant, plenty of places to sit and hang out in the hotel on site, very lively as well which I enjoyed. Also the gym was nice to have, small but had basics and had new equipment. I got the room with the balcony which was great to be able to step outside. Very central and convenient location as well. "
