"We LOVED our stay. OMG the breakfast was truly out of this world and better than any I ever had at the Ritz Carlton! The tram was just a 2 min walk away making it super easy and convenient to see Florence. I highly recommend the staff at the hotel who always said YES to requests for help. The ambience was perfect with top amenities. We can highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again in the future! BRAVO!!!!!"

"Very traditional hotel with very good service. Concierge was also helpful with restaurant recommendations. The hotel is old fashioned but in a good way with the traditional service you would expect and well maintained. Location is very good as the hotel is on the edge of the tourist area and museums etc whilst also being well positioned for the train station, without any of the noise and congestion. I would certainly use this hotel again"

"a beautiful hotel in a perfect location.It is within walking distance to most attractions. The train station is a 2 minute walk (underground access if raining). I had a Classic Double room. Quiet and very spacious. We tried the breakfast buffet one day and regret not including breakfast in our stay as it had a large assortment. The price is similar to most restaurants with less quality. Overall, this is a 5-star hotel from staff to amenities."

"Great hotel very clean and great amenities. Staff super helpful and welcoming. Only challenge is location bit further outside city centre than anticipated and taxis can be expensive. The hotel do offer shuttle buses at much cheaper cost so if your schedule allows use those."

"We had a very good stay in Florence. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and overall we were very happy with our experience. There are a few areas that could use a little more attention. Some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn, with noticeable marks and damage on some of the walls, and the elevator was occasionally problematic. These were relatively minor issues, though, and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. A very good option for a stay in Florence, and we would happily recommend it!"
