"The rooms are definitely cleaned to a five star standard, and well maintained, but still very dated. Check in and check out was easy and quick, front desk staff wasn’t super personable. It was good for one night, but wouldn’t do long-term.. it was mid nothing amazing nothing terrible.."

"Loved the suite, it’s an older hotel that they are in the process of renovating. I had one of the penthouse suites last night and I really enjoyed it. I sat in the jet tub when it was raining and when it wasn’t I sat on the patio and looked at the city lights and harbour views :) well worth the stay !!!"

"The only issue I had was that room was on the warm side. Otherwise the facility and the staff were phenomenal. Extremely courteous and helpful. Location is perfect close to Stanley Park and Denman street and Vancouver's downtown. I would stay there again. "
