"The staff was very friendly and professional and attentive to detail. They remembered distinctive details such as we are vegetarian and do not drink alcohol and they made us feel very welcome. The woman at the front desk with medium brown long hair gave us great recommendations on the city and the younger man in the restaurant (and bell hop) with kind of bleached curly hair on top and the the other server with a small tattoo on his neck were all our favorite! We would come back here again and again. "

"We loved our brief stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and full of nice surprises. The check-in staff were friendly and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants that were off the beaten path. The only issue we faced was finding that our rental car had been damaged by the valet. Make sure you photgraph your car before and after you have it parked by a valet. This resulted in 100s of dollars in damage at the car rental return in Lisbon... "
