"The staff were the highlight of my experience. I asked everyones names but I'm afraid of misspelling them, so I'll just say that the two young men at the reception counter were delightful and the female bartender was a wonderful conversationalist. When they learned I was brining my service dog in training, they upgraded me free of charge so that I could easily take him outside when needed. This hotel has an industrial vibe that I really enjoy, but might not be for everyone so just be aware that the rooms have no carpeting (I actually prefer this because its actually cleaner) but my room had a lovely rug and a little couch. Water pressure on the shower was great, floor tiles were not slippery when wet but be aware that the tubs themselves are just regular tubs so if you have balance issues you might want to bring a nonslip mat. My rooms thermostat was awesome and took the room temperature down or up quickly and without noise. I was a little disappointed by the limited dining options but the staff made up for it by accommodating me at the bar, the bartender was able to make any drink I asked for and I ended up chatting with some cool travelers. I will stay here again."
