"Marcello was a great host! There was great communication, he met us on arrival, having arranged transport from the airport, and checked in periodically to make sure everything was great, and we wanted for nothing. The outside terrace was unique and unusual for apartments in Paris and since the weather was so nice, it was our go-to place. We even hosted a cocktail party for family and friends! "We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much."

"We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on opening day of the olympics 2024 and Ms. Aries waited for us to arrive in the pouring rain. She was calm and thoughtful and fully explained all the components of the flat. Everything was clean and abundant in supplies. The location was excellent and easy to get around all points of the Paris. The back bedroom is completly silent. Totally enjoyed and you will too."

"I really like the location near the Canal St Martin. Lovely to walk there in the morning. Or join the locals running or biking. Several restaurants and stores near by. A bit far from the main tourist areas but we made it work. Check in was a bit wonky as the instructions told you directions and codes to get into the building and then tell you to go to a keynest store 10 min away to get the keys to get into the unit. Master bed is really 2 twins pushed together so not ideal for a couple....

"We had the best time staying at this location while attending the Olympics. Wonderful accommodations for us 4 crazy Americans sleeping in one room. We now refer to this little haven as Cabin 29 or aka “Adult Sleep Away Camp”. Even though there is no AC, we were able to keep cool with the fans and the open patio door. "I loved the area. Very vibrant but quiet enough. We had a small studio, but we already knew it would be. It was clean and cozy. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was very tight and the shower leaked a lot to the floor. I'm sure is an easy fix. Everything else was great and really worked for our needs!"
