The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay that feels like you're staying in a luxury rental. We wish we could have stayed longer. The windows open on the central courtyard that gives lots of natural light (and keeps out the street noise on the other side from the Quai des EU). "This spot is in the heart of old town without the noise. Super lovely spot with everything you need and fabulous AC! the only issue we had with this spot was the shower drains very slowly and we could have used some beach towels but otherwise super perfect and great communication from team :) "
