"Amazing hotel staff was lovely ❤️"

"Good location to the Glass House I was visiting, friendly staff quick check in and check out."

"night staff were so polite and helfull, so clean and very quiet"

"Great location for a hotel"

"Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke...

"Clean and tidy, lovely room, beautiful bathroom, friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast, the only thing I didn't like was no tv in the room but that's just me."

"Great location"

"Every time I travel back north I stay at this place as it's friendly, has what you need and more-aka the restaurant next door and nearby to bigger shops too"
