"The property was an an older building and needs a little bit of updating a few rust spots here and there. The staff of the hotel were excellent and concern with helping me in anyway if I had any questions. The valet parking was excellent and they were very friendly and helpful. The hotels located in an entertainment district with plenty of eateries and taverns and nightlife, as well as more top end restaurants. It was close to the Progressive field, which I wanted to see. Relatively safe area with a few panhandlers here and there, but a lot of SECURITY is around."

"Loved this hotel! I wanted to stay in a historic building and this one is gorgeous. My room was so spacious and the shower was real stone. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly. "

"The front desk lady was wonderful.. and very pleasant.. only 2 bad things i paid for a view of lake erie and didnt get it.. and the bed was very soft which i didnt like.. but other then that everything was nice..."
