"Room was clean. Beds firm, but comfortable. AC worked well. Got some noise from the floor above us, but overall fairly quiet at night. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were good, sausage could have been browned a little bit, bananas, cereal, and yogurt available. Coffee was from a machine of some kind and just so so. Parking is tight, but manageable for a larger SUV. Newer hotel. Takes between 5-10 minutes to walk down to main strip."

"Hotel is in a perfect spot for Gatlinburg, Tennessee, sitting up away from downtown. The Tram was perfect to take you downtown with several stops to get you where you want to go. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, a patio to set out side and enjoy your drinks. It has a pool which we did not use. Would recommend highly."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a double bed room with small fridge and microwave which overlooked the creek. Our location was convenient to several walking points in Gaitlinburg (less than 10 min walk to Anakeesta) and a quick drive into Pigeon Forge. Staff was not overly friendly at check in or during breakfast service. I had to ask questions about where and when breakfast was, also with where we could park, etc - nothing was explained without asking. Office and breakfast staff didn’t smile or say hello any of the days we were there. The cleaning staff however were friendly as we passed them. Overall we had a nice stay and would consider returning if we are in the area."
