"We had a great room and the first person we met was George who was the valet and he was super friendly and went out of his way to help us. We did have a bit of a lengthy wait at the counter to check in but the room was great. We highly recommend!"

"Like the staff and breakfast choices, but didn’t like no access to pool even with card."

"Check in was easy and welcoming. Housekeeping made the bed, restocked towels, soap etc. they emptied the trash daily. Parking by the hotel was limited. They had an overflow lot block over. The pool was dirty and uninviting. I specifically booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. Was very disappointed."

"Highly recommend"

"I love everything about this hotel, the room was big and the view is amazing, the staff so friendly. We’re love stayed here and would like to come back again ❤️"

"Great place to stay!! Quiet and close to everything!!"

"It’s good place to visit downtown Gatlinburg."

"No eggs, no meet"

"Having free parking included is a big plus in Gatlinburg. Staff was excellent!"

The next day the front desk said they didn't know what was wrong. After some time the second day it was available. Displeased with the available tv channels available for what we enjoy. We had to leave a day early due to a call from home. We want to ask for a refund for one day. We had stayed here...
