Apartments in Genesee County

"The property shows its age but the room was and the staff was polite and friendly."

"Great location, pet friendly- would stay again."

"Card never worked, had to be replaced numerous times throughout the week. Front desk assistance was always unavailable or took 15 minutes to answer the front desk bell."

"Amazing communication and support! Beautiful property and great security!"

"Great location for us, very clean, very good communication from kind host."

"It is obvious that the pictures in the listing were many years old. This unit was dirty and run down. The shower/tub had mold. The towel holder was ripped off the wall and sitting on the floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell to the bathroom. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the door. I had to use the clean towels to fill in the gapping holes in window because the air conditioner was held in place with failing duct tape. It got down to 39 degrees one of the nights I slept there....

"Nice clean property. We enjoyed our stay"

"Dirty, disgusting, terrible place."

"Nice and very quiet"

"Pet friendly. Property is older and outdated with a lot of things needing fixing (shower, door, electrical outlets and TV was falling out of the wall) but, the price reflects. Overall, the price I paid for what we got was decent. The room was clean and stocked with easy access ."
