"We really enjoyed our stay! We got the Hollywood twin room, and even though it was smaller than anticipated, my daughter and I enjoyed the room."

Three problems: 1) The windows didn't open 2) The A/C on the room only made it cooler, not hotter. There was a dial to adjust the temperature, but the man at the front desk told me that did not work. You could only make it cooler. This seemed very strange. But he kindly gave me a plug-in heater for my room. 3) The ELEVATORS ARE A MESS. It takes a long, long time for the to come and then sometimes they are so full you can't get in. 4) The hotel needs to make it clear to guests that there are TWO Ryogoku stations, one for the Metro and one for JR trains. My first night, the man at the desk did not ask my which one I wanted, and he sent me to the wrong one. "

"This property is located very very close to a train station. The workers were very welcoming and kind. Check in was easy. The rooms were mind blowing. Spacious, equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, stovetop range, washer/dryer, and a lovely table 4 seat to eat or do work on."

The staff from the start to carry your bags for you as soon as you walk through the door, to checking out, we felt like we were honored guests. The breakfast and cocktail hour was great, which comes with the room if you get the executive rooms. This place was amazing. "

"This hotel is renewed recently, so all furnitures are new. It's locations is perfect for connecting further Japanese sightseeing areas via train and Sinkansen."

"We really loved our 6 night stay here! The room size was fine for 2 people and luggage. The Ginza line entrance is just a few feet from the entrance to the hotel. There is also a great breakfast spot next door for western style breakfast. Ueno station is right across the street and all of the fun shopping and dining areas are also very close by. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."
